Hammersmith

A brand new IKEA has just opened in Hammersmith. Unlike the big blue boxes we all know, it’s a smaller store format. But the good news is, it’s still big on all the things people love about IKEA – from home furnishings and toys, to food and inspiration. To celebrate, we ran a series of out of home ads showing giant IKEA products arriving at local landmarks in dramatic fashion. From a ginormous JÄTTELIK dinosaur looming over the iconic Hammersmith Bridge to a gigantic REGNUSKUR lamp hovering over the Hammersmith Apollo like a UFO. OOH is supported by radio, social and a series of activities and in-store events celebrating the store launch.
