Castello Creamy Blue, a perfect balance of a Brie and a Blue Cheese. Much like our perfectly balanced sculpture of furniture, wine and food, culminating in a cheese board with a delicious slice of Creamy Blue perched on top. Photographer Carl Kleiner created some equally well composed ads for us, featuring the Castello range of premium cheeses.
